To ensure compliance with revised GPDR 25.05.18 (which replaces DPA 1998) Personal data obtained and stored by Studio 524 Beauty, Bliss & Beyond at 524 High Street, Kingswinford DY6 8AT will be:-
1. Stored safely
2. Remain at the above premises
3. Used by staff only
4. Not shared with any person or organisation outside Studio 524
5. Personal data will be deleted 3 years after clients final appointment at Studio 524
6. You have the right to access any personal data held about you
7. You have the right to complain to the ICO if you feel you data has not been handled correctly
8. Studio 524 has a confidentiality clause in the staff contract of employment to ensure data remains between Studio 524 and clients
9. Client record cards clearly show that clients 'Opt In' and they are happy for Studio 524 to contact them regarding: Services, text appointment reminders, special offers and a maximum of two news letters per year.
10. Clients have the option to 'Opt Out' of these communications quickly and easily
11. Clients can sign the treatment/record plan and confirm how they would like Studio 524 to contact them by phone, text, email or post
